Hourly

Tours start at: 10:15, 11:15, 12:15, 13:15, 14:15 and 15:15

Continuously

Tours start at regular intervals. The first tour starts at 9:45 or 11:15 the last tour starts at 16:45 or 14:15

The Park (Kaiservilla outside) opening times are the same as the general Kaiservilla opening times.

Bookings
Bookings for organised groups are possible all over the year. Outside regular opening times there is a flat surcharge of EUR 50,-- per group.

Conventional pet animals are free to enter the Park.

The Imperial villa

The entrance to the Imperial villa includes a guided tour (duration: approx. 45min)

The Imperial villa + Marmorschlössl

Includes a guided tour in the Imperial villa (duration: approx. 45min) and the entrance to the Marmorschlössl.Taking photos and making movies from outside the house is - for private use only - unrestricted. Inside the house photography and shooting is prohibited.

Reduced Prices

Children

Age from 7 to 17, free entrance for under 7 years.

Family

Mother, father, one child, each further child € 8,00 (villa) and € 4,50 (park).

Concession

Retiree from 60+, handicapped, students, soldiers, civil service each with identity card.

Groups of 20 or more in 2025:

Outside regular opening times there is a flat charge of EUR 50,-- per group.

Info: Groups
The concession price is available only for groups of 20 or more. One group leader or guide per group is admitted free of charge. The maximum number of persons per group is 40. Larger groups may have to be split. If you can not come with the number of persons you have planned to, please inform us via telephone or email (+/- 20%).

Cancellations

Until two days before your reservation, cancellations are free of charge. If you cancel fewer than two days before, 30% of the price is invoiced.

Cards & Reductions

Salzburger Land Card: free park entry (entry for the tour through the villa € 17,00).

Salzkammergut Erlebnis Card (Park incl. Villa):

• Adults: € 21,00
• Children: € 8,80
• Familiy: € 42,50 (incl 1. Child)

Languages

Unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, only booked groups can receive a tour in their respective foreign language (currently English, French, Italian and Spanish). For groups which have not been booked, texts in various foreign languages are available. These text sheets are available free of charge in almost every language, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, English, Greek, Croatian, Hungarian, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Slovenian, Slowakian.

Disabled persons

The Imperial Villa is a protected historic building, and for that reason is not completely free of hindrances. Special group tours can be arranged on request, but limited to the ground floor. Direct vehicle access to the house is also possible in these cases. The sanitary facilities are unfortunately not designed to cope with wheelchairs. The Park is only partially accessible for wheelchairs, due to its steep hilly nature.

Animals

Please note that animals may not be taken into the house or on guided tours. Conventional pet animals are free to use the Park.

Photography / Shooting

Taking photos and making movies from outside the house is - for private use only - unrestricted. Inside the tour area photography and shooting is prohibited.
Commercial / Press: If you intend to take photos or to film for commercial purposes you have to contact our office for an accreditation. This especially holds on events.
